Responsibilities
- Lead UX/UI design initiatives across web and digital product experiences
- Translate business and user needs into intuitive design solutions and polished interfaces
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and user flows to validate concepts
- Collaborate closely with developers, marketers, and product managers throughout agile delivery cycles
Requirements
- Minimum 4-5 years of experience in UX/UI or digital product design
- Strong portfolio showcasing UX process, prototypes, & refined UI for responsive web
- Proficient in Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar tools
- Deep understanding of user-entered and mobile-first design principles
- Working knowledge of usability testing and user research methods

- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Highly collaborative, able to work seamlessly with cross-functional teams
- Strong organisational and multitasking abilities
- Confident in taking initiative and ownership, thrives without waiting for direction
