Senior UX Designer

The Senior UX Designer will improve the usability and design of OneTrust offerings, including web applications and other products. They will work under the oversight of a Principal UX Designer and assist with various UX responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Develop a deep understanding of user needs, behaviors, and pain points through user research, feedback analysis, and data-driven insights to inform design decisions and measure the impact of design changes
• Skilled in no-code or low-code tools such as Framer, Webflow, or internal builder platforms
• Proficiency in Figma, working with components, auto-layout, variants, prototyping, and efficient file organization
• Strong UX writing skills to craft clear, concise, and helpful in-product copy that enhances usability
• Ability to run usability tests, analyze customer feedback, and iterate quickly

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Human Computer Interaction, Industrial Design or related technical field
• 5 - 8 years of work, personal project, or internship experience with the full product design process, from research to rollout
• Portfolio of UX projects to illustrate applied experience
• Experience with design tools including, but not limited to; Sketch, InVision, Adobe Creative Suite, etc.
• High level of demonstrated proficiency in at least one UX area, such as research, information architecture, visual design or interaction design
• Ability to work well in a team environment and effectively communicate with other team members across the R&D organization, product managers and senior management

Key Skills

• Advanced visual and interaction design skills with strong attention to detail, usability, accessibility (WCAG 2.2 AA), and comprehensive state coverage across complex interfaces
• Strong cross-functional collaboration skills within a 3-in-a-box model (UX, PM, ENG)
• Comfortable presenting design rationale and leading design reviews
• Experience working in agile environments and delivering at pace within sprint cycles
