Senior UX Designer - Omni Experience - Walmart+

Walmart is seeking a Senior UX Designer to create mobile-first e-commerce experiences and drive continuous improvement and innovation in retail.

Responsibilities

• Designing mobile-first e-commerce experiences that boost customer engagement and conversion
• Building and testing interactive prototypes that communicate high-fidelity design intent for omnichannel experiences
• Applying inclusive design principles to ensure accessibility and universality in digital touchpoints
• Designing best-in-class product experiences with a focus on craft
• Partnering with design research to create insightful design solutions
• Constantly balancing business goals with user needs

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in HCI, Information Architecture, Digital Design, or similar and 4+ years of experience in product design
• A strong portfolio showcasing market-driven product design and mobile-first case studies with measurable business outcomes
• Excellent written and verbal communication
