Lead end-to-end product design across web and mobile platforms, analyzing user and business needs to create elegant solutions. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of design solutions and maintain ownership throughout the product lifecycle.
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end product design across web and mobile platforms, including employee portals, employer portals, and admin dashboards
- Analyze user and business needs to identify pain points and design impactful, elegant solutions
- Present design work clearly and articulate design decisions to stakeholders
- Define acceptance criteria, design logic, and maintain ownership throughout the product lifecycle
- Collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and other designers to ensure seamless integration of design solutions
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in end-to-end product design for web and app platforms
- Strong B2B design experience with demonstrated UX and UI expertise
- Proficiency in design systems and component-based design
- Ability to prioritize depth versus execution, knowing when to go deep on tasks and when to move fast
- Comfortable embedded in development teams with light product management oversight
