Lead the end-to-end design process for digital financial products, focusing on user experience and engagement. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate complex concepts into intuitive product experiences.
Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end design process from research and ideation to high-fidelity prototypes and hand-off to engineering
- Translate complex user needs and financial concepts into clear, intuitive, and delightful product experiences
- Conduct and synthesize user research to inform design decisions and optimize user flows across web and mobile platforms
Requirements
- 5–7 years of professional experience in product design, with a strong portfolio showcasing data-driven, user-focused solutions
- Proficiency in Figma for design and prototyping, including experience with component libraries and design tokens
- Experience leveraging AI tools to enhance ideation, streamline workflows, and analyze user data
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with fluency in English (written and verbal)
