Tinder is seeking a Staff Designer to lead design for AI-enabled experiences, define the design language and frameworks for AI across Tinder, and partner closely with PMs, researchers, and engineers to shape Tinder's AI strategy and roadmap.
Responsibilities
- Lead design for AI-enabled experiences
- Define the design language and frameworks for AI across Tinder
- Partner closely with PMs, researchers, and engineers to shape Tinder's AI strategy and roadmap
- Champion ethical, inclusive, and responsible AI design
- Mentor and coach designers
Requirements
- Proven experience designing AI/LLM-powered products
- Track record of leading large-scale, high-impact design initiatives
- Exceptional end-to-end design craft
- Strong communication and storytelling skills
