Cluster Graphic Designer - voco® Riyadh

Develop and produce creative assets for all hotel departments while ensuring timely delivery and brand alignment. Manage production of printed materials and oversee visual storytelling for various events and communications.

Responsibilities

• Develop and produce creative assets for all hotel departments
• Manage the cluster artwork creation ensuring timely delivery
• Design brand-aligned visuals for Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and LinkedIn accounts
• Ensure compliance with IHG Brand Guidelines and maintain alignment with global and regional campaigns
• Manage production of printed materials — liaising with vendors, printers, and suppliers to ensure quality and cost efficiency
• Oversee the visual storytelling for internal events, awards, and corporate communications
• Keep up with design trends to ensure content remains fresh, engaging, and relevant to the Saudi and GCC markets

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field
• 3+ years of experience in graphic design, preferably within the hospitality or luxury lifestyle industry
• Strong command of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere, After Effects) and Canva
• Familiarity with social media formats and emerging design trends
• Experience in motion graphics and short-form video editing is a strong plus
