Senior Product Designer, Platform & Mobile Messaging (Hybrid)

Homebase is seeking a Senior Product Designer to lead the design of experiences across their platform and mobile messaging products, driving business success and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design of experiences across Homebase's platform and mobile messaging products
• Develop robust strategies and design frameworks that serve as a blueprint for other teams to build upon and connect with
• Innovate in ambiguous scenarios, pushing boundaries with a highly motivated attitude and clear vision
• Craft impactful user interfaces grounded in strong UX foundations to create experiences that ensure the user is able to accomplish their tasks
• Employ AI tools effectively, improving design methodologies and showcasing advanced examples and demonstrations

Requirements

• Seasoned leadership capabilities, with a track record of inspiring teams and peers, and driving complex projects to success
• Recent native mobile experience, with experience in UI/UX design
• Exceptional skills in both User Interface and User Experience design, clearly demonstrated through a distinguished portfolio
• Adept at understanding and implementing large-scale business implications of design decisions within the tech landscape
• Extensive experience with AI tools in design, enhancing both process and product quality
