As a UX Designer, you will be responsible for understanding users' needs and creating intuitive interactions. You will collaborate with Product Managers and other UX designers to enhance the user experience through comprehensive designs and user research activities.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with Product Managers, other UX designers, and create designs, evaluate them, and identify key insights for enhancing the user experience.
- Transform concepts from to high-fidelity prototypes, ensuring a seamless transition from idea to implementation.
- Create comprehensive UX designs, including wireframes, storyboards, prototypes, information architecture, and high-fidelity designs.
- Conduct various user research activities, such as surveys, interviews, card sorting, and heuristic analysis, to gain valuable insights and validate design decisions.
- Thoroughly document the UX design process and align it with existing design trends and innovations.
Requirements
- Minimum education: Graduation
- Specialized training, certifications, and/or other special requirements: Certification in UX
- Preferred education: UX Design, Product Design, Human Psychology
- Minimum experience: 3 Years
- Preferred experience: 3-6 years
Key Skills
- Proven experience as a Associate UX Designer with a strong portfolio showcasing successful projects.
- Proficiency in industry-standard design tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD, etc.
- Good understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices.
- Good communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present and articulate design concepts effectively.
- Problem-solving and analytical abilities, with a keen eye for detail.
