The Lead UX Designer is responsible for leading the UX design process across multiple projects, ensuring a consistent and high-quality user experience. This role involves driving user research, developing design strategies, and collaborating closely with product owners and developers.
Responsibilities
- Develop and champion the UX vision for digital products
- Establish and maintain UX design standards and guidelines
- Drive user-centered design thinking and methodologies throughout the product development lifecycle
- Plan, conduct, and analyze user research to gather insights into user behavior, needs, and pain points
- Design intuitive and engaging user interfaces and interactions for web and mobile applications
Requirements
- Strong portfolio showcasing UI design skills and user-centered design processes
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency in Figma for UI design and prototyping
- Experience in conducting various types of user research
- Experience working in an agile organization
