The Graphic Designer is responsible for creating visual content focused on print and physical brand designs for the athletics department. This role includes designing high-quality print and environmental graphics, collaborating with internal partners, and managing multiple design projects.
Responsibilities
- Designs and produces high-quality print and environmental graphics, including facility branding, event signage, posters, brochures, game programs, and other promotional materials.
- Responsible for meeting with internal partners to conceptualize ideas and establish creative solutions fulfilling the goals and objectives.
- Provides strategic visual solutions for print and digital communication utilized across the department.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or related field.
- 3–5 years of professional design experience, preferably in sports, entertainment, or higher education.
- Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop).
Key Skills
- Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop).
- Strong understanding of layout, typography, color theory, and print production processes.
- Proven ability to manage multiple deadlines while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.
