OneMain Financial is seeking a Lead UX Designer to design and scale industry-leading digital experiences across web and mobile platforms.
Responsibilities
- Lead the development of cohesive, scalable user experience frameworks
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to shape, prioritize, and deliver features
- Create prototypes that guide seamless interactions across multiple touchpoints
- Promote inclusive design and ensure accessibility standards are met
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in Product Design or related fields
- Bachelor's degree in Product Design, Interaction Design, Fine Arts, or a related field
- Proven ability to influence product and engineering decisions
- Experience working in Agile, Kanban, and other delivery models
