We are looking for a UX Designer & Strategist to drive user-centered design solutions and create seamless customer experiences. The position requires crafting intuitive interfaces, conducting user research, and developing UX strategies that align with business goals.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute UX strategies that align with business objectives
- Conduct user research, including interviews, surveys, and usability testing, to gather insights
- Analyze user behavior, feedback, and data to identify pain points and opportunities
- Create personas, customer journeys, and user flows to inform design decisions
- Design wireframes, prototypes, and collaborate with digital designer on high-fidelity UI mockups for web and mobile applications
Requirements
- Proven experience in UX design, research, and strategy
- Proficiency in design tools such as Figma or Adobe XD
- Strong understanding of usability principles, interaction design, and information architecture
- Experience with user research methodologies and testing tools
- Ability to communicate design decisions effectively to stakeholders
