Lead the design of intuitive, user-centered web and mobile applications aligned with business and user needs. The position requires collaboration with IT development teams and translation of complex business requirements into clear and usable software design solutions.
Responsibilities
- Lead the design of intuitive, user-centered web and mobile applications
- Create wireframes, user journeys, and prototypes to effectively communicate design ideas and functionality
- Collaborate with IT development teams to translate designs into functional, high-quality digital products
- Translate complex business requirements into clear and usable software design solutions
- Provide recommendations on best practices, user flow improvements, and current UI/UX trends to enhance product usability and overall experience
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field, or commensurate work experience
- 7 years of experience in software product and user experience design
- 3 years of experience with Design software including Figma and other packages
- Experience working cross functionally to deliver quality solutions
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficient in the utilization of Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced work environment
