Drive design strategy and execution for internal products that support healthcare providers. Lead all phases of design from research to polished visual design, ensuring a user-centered approach.
Responsibilities
- Own your design process end to end
- Solve business problems, through design, at the heart of a complex healthcare delivery platform
- Set and raise the quality bar for design and influence through craft, collaboration and problem-solving
- Inspire and influence cross-functional team members and senior leadership by presenting design variations, design rationale, and evidence-based decision-making
Requirements
- 5+ years experience designing and shipping end-to-end products across different use cases, complicated flows, and edge cases
- Experience contributing to and scaling a design system
- Ability to think at both a high level about product strategy and vision AND the design details
- Experience understanding and designing for the day-to-day execution of complex tasks by knowledge workers
- Experience working with multiple stakeholders, product and engineering peers

- Skilled at understanding complex problems across integrated systems
- Leadership, curiosity, process, and advocacy for your end users and design craft
- Strong communication and storytelling skills
