Lead user research initiatives to uncover customer workflows and translate findings into actionable insights. Design intuitive user experiences for complex workflows and collaborate with product and engineering teams throughout the design process.
Responsibilities
- Lead with Insight: plan and conduct user research, translate research findings into actionable insights
- Design with Purpose: create intuitive, elegant user experiences for complex workflows
- Build, Lead, and Inspire: be a core UX leader within the Construction team, drive the vision for how we design and deliver exceptional user experiences
- Measure What Matters: define and track UX success metrics, use analytics and user feedback to refine and optimize experiences
Requirements
- 6+ years of experience in UX design with a strong foundation in user research
- A proven track record designing and delivering complex, data-driven SaaS or B2B products
- Deep knowledge of qualitative and quantitative research methods and when to apply them
- Strong communication and storytelling skills

- Expertise in tools like Figma, Miro, Mixpanel, Dovetail, Maze, Pendo
