Lead the end-to-end design process, collaborating with teams to transform complex problems into elegant solutions. Advocate for design excellence and mentor junior designers while ensuring alignment with strategic goals.
Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end design process—from early discovery and ideation to high-fidelity visuals, prototyping, and developer handoff
- Collaborate closely with fellow designers and cross-functional stakeholders to deliver cohesive and impactful experiences
- Partner with Product stakeholders to ensure design work aligns with strategic goals and meets user needs
- Advocate for design excellence, accessibility, and ethical AI practices across all touchpoints
Requirements
- 5+ years of professional experience in product design, preferably in B2B or enterprise SaaS environments
- Strong foundation in UX principles, interaction design, and visual design, with a portfolio showcasing end-to-end product work
- Proficiency in Figma
- Fluent in English
Key Skills
- Familiarity with integrating generative AI into product design
- Experience in mobile design
- A portfolio of work demonstrating your design process and passion for design – online or pdf is required for consideration
