Lead end-to-end product design for an internal AI-driven B2B application in the financial services sector. Translate complex data into intuitive workflows while collaborating closely with clients and stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end product design across multiple product pods, balancing discovery, delivery, and iteration
- Translate complex trade and reconciliation data into intuitive visual workflows and interfaces
- Apply design thinking to understand user pain points and drive adoption and engagement
- Define and implement UI patterns for internal applications that balance clarity and efficiency
Requirements
- 5–8 years of professional experience in product design with a strong portfolio showcasing complex, data-driven interfaces
- Proficiency in Figma and experience building or maintaining design systems
- Solid understanding of UX principles, design thinking, UI patterns, and accessibility standards
- Experience designing for internal or enterprise applications and cross-functional collaboration
Key Skills
- Excellent written and verbal English for clear and effective communication with the team
- Experience in designing complex B2B products is advantageous
