Bolt is seeking a Senior Product Designer to lead and execute user experience and design-related initiatives for Bolt Business, shaping the company's growing mobility ecosystem.
Responsibilities
- Advocating for the user, running usability tests, and ensuring design decisions are based on user research and feedback
- Collaborating with user researchers, product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to comprehend project requirements and limitations
- Developing interactive prototypes to illustrate design concepts and test usability
- Managing design projects to ensure adherence to timelines and balancing multiple tasks effectively
- Contributing to or developing design guidelines and patterns to maintain consistency across products
Requirements
- Experience as a Senior Product Designer
- Proven track record of shipping digital products that serve millions of users
- Strong portfolio showcasing a range of design work for mobile and web platforms
- Experience creating and working with design systems
- Designing intuitive dashboards and portals for web and mobile applications
