UX Researcher

TEKsystems is seeking a UX Researcher with 6+ years of experience to lead end-to-end research initiatives and apply design principles. The ideal candidate will have strong quantitative research skills and be highly organized.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end research initiatives including usability testing, surveys, nomenclature studies, etc.
• Apply both qualitative and quantitative methods to uncover insights that influence product strategy
• Develop and execute research plans that address team questions and project goals
• Synthesize complex data into clear, actionable findings for cross-functional teams
• Communicate findings effectively across all levels, including executive stakeholders

Requirements

• 6+ years of UX research experience
• Strong quantitative research skills
• Proven experience with usability testing and applying design principles
• Highly organized and comfortable navigating ambiguity
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
