Knauf Digital GmbH is seeking a UX Designer to conduct user research, create user-centered designs, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive commercial excellence through digitalization.
Responsibilities
- Conduct user research through interviews, surveys, and usability testing
- Transform user insights into user flows, prototypes, and detailed designs
- Plan, execute, and analyze usability tests to refine designs and enhance user experiences
- Collaborate closely with developers, product managers, and stakeholders to ensure seamless integration of designs into the development process
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in UX Design, Interaction Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field
- Strong portfolio of user-centered design projects
- Proficient in design and prototyping tools such as Sketch, Figma, and Adobe XD
- Fluent in English and German
- Excellent communication skills
