Roblox is seeking a Senior Product Designer to design and build end-to-end social sharing products for the core player app, working collaboratively with other leaders across product, research, data science and engineering.
Responsibilities
- Help define the UX design strategy and collaborate on the roadmap for core social surfaces on Roblox
- Develop a deep understanding of user needs, behaviors, and motivations to advise design decisions
- Bring a new perspective and deep industry knowledge
- Care about craft by creating visually compelling and intuitive user interfaces across devices and surfaces for a global audience
- Collaborate with the Foundation Design Systems team and co-develop new patterns and UI components to ensure consistency and scalability
Requirements
- A bachelor's degree or equivalent in Product Design, User Experience Design, Fine Arts, Graphic Design, or a related field
- Proven experience (8+ years) in UX/UI design, with a strong track record of delivery innovative consumer social experiences
- A strong portfolio showcasing exceptional visual design skills and user-centered design thinking
- Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, Blender, Maya or similar software
- End to End systems thinking that advocates for comprehensive and connected user experiences
