Senior Graphic Designer - Adult Beauty

The Senior Graphic Designer will manage the graphics component of the seasonal design development process, collaborating with graphic artists to create original graphics concepts. This role requires executing brand translations into compelling graphic deliverables and managing relationships with internal partners and external vendors.
Responsibilities
- Collaboratively manage the graphics component of the seasonal design development process
- Research and identify graphics trend directions
- Execute translation of brand(s) into compelling graphic deliverables
- Provide expert knowledge on graphics aesthetics, processes, and treatments
- Demonstrate strong knowledge of packaging design, printing techniques, and dieline execution
- Manage follow-up with internal partners and interoffice communication
Requirements
- Superior organizational skills and excellent communication skills
- Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines
- Highly detail oriented, meticulous, and creative
- Creativity, technical capability, and sensibility for graphics and fonts
- Extensive knowledge of traditional and web-based graphic production techniques
- Bachelor's Degree in Graphic Design or related field
- 4 - 7 years' experience in graphic design
- Significant relevant experience in Beauty category
- Expert in Adobe products and Mac computers
- Highly proficient in Microsoft Office
