Graphic Designer

Design visuals for the portfolio, website, and marketing materials while collaborating with the team to meet project goals. Organize work and deliver high-quality assets on time.

Responsibilities

• Design visuals for our portfolio, website, and marketing materials (e.g. case study graphics, presentation decks, campaign assets)
• Collaborate with our team to understand project goals and translate them into clear, consistent, and appealing design
• Create layouts and visuals for digital channels, ensuring high-quality, on-brand aesthetics
• Contribute to refining our visual identity and improving the storytelling of our brand
• Organize your own work, gather requirements, and deliver high-quality assets on time

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience as a Graphic Designer (mid/senior level)
• Strong portfolio showcasing work for digital products, marketing, or brand design
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (especially Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Figma)
• Ability to independently manage your workflow and gather design requirements
• Strong sense of composition, typography, and visual hierarchy
• Reliability and ability to deliver consistent, polished results in a freelance setup
• Comfortable working in a bilingual environment (Polish B2+, English B2+)
