The Graphic Designer will deliver on-brand designs for advertising and marketing campaigns across various departments. This role involves meeting deadlines for a wide range of projects and mentoring other graphic designers.

Responsibilities

  • Production of a variety of design-related tasks to meet Museum goals
  • Use of Basecamp to gather job information, post designs, gather feedback, post edits and work toward a final product
  • Project coordination with the Creative Department’s Project Manager
  • Maintaining a working knowledge of Adobe Creative Software and MacOS
  • Multi-tasking and problem-solving

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Graphic Design or related field
  • 3-5+ years of working experience in a design industry or related field
  • Professional-level proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite
  • Knowledge of MS Office

Key Skills

  • Strong graphic design background and knowledge of basic principles of printing / file exporting to varied output
  • Positive attitude, excellent communication skills and the ability to work constructively with different departments and vendors
  • Strong conceptual ability and a proven work ethic to handle tight deadlines and large volumes of work
