Sr. UX Researcher

The Senior User Experience Researcher will lead end-to-end research initiatives, from planning and execution to analysis and presentation of findings. This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to translate research findings into actionable recommendations.

Responsibilities

• Design and execute comprehensive research studies using a variety of qualitative and quantitative methods
• Collaborate closely with product managers, designers, engineers, and other stakeholders to identify research opportunities and align research efforts with business goals
• Translate research findings into actionable recommendations and communicate them effectively to cross-functional teams and leadership
• Develop and maintain user personas, journey maps, and other research artifacts to foster a shared understanding of user needs
• Mentor junior researchers and contribute to the growth of our UX research practice

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in UX research, with a significant focus on payments, fintech, or point-of-sale products
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human-Computer Interaction, Psychology, Sociology, Anthropology, or a related field
• Expertise in various research methodologies, both qualitative and quantitative
• Proven ability to plan, conduct, analyze, and present research findings independently
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with an ability to synthesize complex information into clear and concise insights

• Salary Range $100,000.00 - $165,600.00
