Sr. UX Researcher

Lead end-to-end UX research and usability testing to inform product strategy and identify workflow pain points. Collaborate closely with AI/ML engineers, scientists, and cross-functional stakeholders to align product features with user needs.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end UX research and usability testing to inform product strategy and identify workflow pain points
• Design and execute usability studies using diverse methodologies (contextual inquiries, heuristic evaluations, interviews)
• Gather, analyze, and track qualitative and quantitative user feedback, driving continuous improvement of AI models and tools
• Translate insights into actionable recommendations that influence product direction and enhance user engagement

Requirements

• 3–5+ years of experience in UX research for complex, expert-facing or technical systems
• Proficiency in qualitative and quantitative research methods, usability testing, and data analysis
• Hands-on experience with platforms like UserTesting or Contentsquare

Key Skills

• Experience with LLM-based tools, agentic frameworks, or scientific/biomedical software
