Senior UX Researcher (AI/ML - Healthcare/SaaS)

The Senior UX Researcher will drive AI-enhanced product insights and leverage continuous feedback systems to inform product strategy. This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to integrate research insights into AI-driven design decisions.
Responsibilities
- Drive AI-Enhanced Product Insights: Use AI-powered tools to gather and analyze user behavior, feedback, and large-scale datasets (qualitative and quantitative)
- Leverage Continuous Feedback Systems: Collaborate with Data Science and Product teams to build real-time feedback loops that allow for dynamic product adjustments based on user input and usage patterns
- Collaborate Closely with Cross-Functional Teams: Partner with Designers, Engineers, Product Managers, and Data Scientists to ensure research insights are seamlessly integrated with AI models and design decisions
- Establish and Scale AI-Infused UX Research Practices: Work alongside the Director of User Experience Design to define AI-first research methodologies, integrating them with traditional UX research techniques
- Lead UX Research and Testing: Create and execute AI-assisted research strategies, including A/B/multivariate testing, to validate new features, enhance user experiences, and optimize AI model accuracy
Requirements
- 5+ years of UX Research experience, with a focus on using AI/ML tools and feedback loop systems to enhance product design and user experience
- Relevant degree (Human-Computer Interaction, Psychology, Data Science, Behavioral Science, Information Science)
- Expertise in AI-driven research methods including behavioral data analysis, A/B/multivariate testing, and large-scale surveys with an emphasis on integrating AI for actionable insights
- Proficiency in analyzing complex data with tools like Python, R, or advanced SQL for AI/ML integration, statistical modeling, and creating dynamic feedback loops
Key Skills
- Experience with healthcare IT systems (e.g., EHRs/EMRs, patient portals, clinical workflows
- Familiarity with Agile environments and experience collaborating in cross-functional teams working with AI-first methodologies
- Knowledge of HIPAA regulations or healthcare security/privacy requirements, ensuring AI-driven insights comply with healthcare standards
