You will lead end-to-end design for core areas of our platform, focusing on user-centered solutions. This includes conducting user research, defining success metrics, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance user experience.
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end design for core areas of the platform
- Take ownership of discovery and validation, talking to users and testing hypotheses
- Define and track design success metrics, connecting design work to measurable business results
- Build and evolve the design system across multiple front-ends, ensuring consistency and scalability
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Product Designer in a B2B SaaS environment
- Demonstrated ability to plan and execute user research independently
- Strong UX and UI design skills, with a portfolio showing complex problem-solving
- Excellent collaboration and communication skills
