Flow is seeking a Senior Product Designer to design communities that connect residents with themselves, their neighbors, and nature. The ideal candidate will have exceptional design skills and the ability to communicate cross-functionally with key stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Help drive the user experience of our product from conception to launch
- Conduct and evangelize user research
- Contribute to the development and evolution of our brand, voice, and strategy
- Collaborate effectively with other teams at Flow
Requirements
- 8+ years of relevant work in a creative field
- Design related Bachelors degree or equivalent
- Strong communicator and collaborator
- Experience working with executives and leaders
- A keen eye for detail and craftsmanship
