IBM is seeking a Senior Information Architect to lead the design and implementation of intuitive and engaging user experiences for the IBM.com global website.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with content managers, web strategists, researchers, and UX designers to inform site mapping and content hierarchy for pages and sites
- Lead and review qualitative and quantitative content audits, gap analyses, analytics research and competitive assessments
- Collaborate on the research, development and implementation of strategies to enhance site-wide information architecture
- Engage with product owners, senior stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to resolve quality-related issues and align macro-IA strategies with business objectives
- Document information architecture guidelines, standards, and best practices
Requirements
- Master's Degree
- Bachelor's Degree in Information Science, Content Strategy, User Experience (UX) Design, Information Architecture or a similar field
- Experience as an Information Architect, Content Strategist or similar role
- Proven track record in developing and implementing modern Content Strategy and Information Architecture strategies
Key Skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Experience working on multiple projects simultaneously
- Experience with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM)
- Experience with creating and implementing taxonomies and metadata standards
