UX Designer, Core Strategic Experience

The UX Designer will work closely with the UX lead to execute the product vision and be involved in the end-to-end product design process. Responsibilities include crafting intuitive experiences, synthesizing data for design decisions, and advocating for user abilities through testing.
Responsibilities
- Help execute the product vision by being involved in every step of the end-to-end product design process
- Understand the underlying needs and motivation of our clients to ensure we achieve business goals and provide value to our clients
- Create and present a variety of design deliverables in a way that engenders confidence in you and your solutions with the team and the greater organization
Requirements
- Outstanding portfolio that demonstrates how you have created experiences that solved business and user needs
- 2-5 years as a UX designer who was a key contributor to the success of products that have launched
- Bachelor's degree in design or related field, master's degree a plus
- Excellent skills in Figma
- Experience designing intuitive interfaces that enhance user experience and drive customer engagement
