The UX Designer will partner with Domain Leads and Product Owners to create cohesive experiences across various products, ensuring business goals are met while providing value to clients. They will craft intuitive and elegant experiences that empower clients to make confident financial decisions.
Responsibilities
- Partner with Domain Leads and POs creating cohesive experience within various products across the domain
- Understand the underlying needs and motivation of our clients to ensure we achieve business goals and provide value to our clients
- Provide design solutions for content focused experiences for research content consumers
- Create and present a variety of design deliverables in a way that engenders confidence in you and your solutions with the team and the greater organization
Requirements
- Outstanding portfolio that demonstrates how you have created experiences that solved business and user needs
- 3-5 years as a UX designer who was a key contributor to the success of products that have launched
- Bachelor's degree in design or related field, master's degree a plus
- Excellent skills in Figma
- Experience designing intuitive interfaces that enhance user experience and drive customer engagement
