The UX Designer will work closely with the UX lead to execute the product vision and be involved in the end-to-end product design process. They will craft intuitive experiences that empower clients to make confident financial decisions and collaborate with research teams to make value-driven design decisions.
Responsibilities
- Help execute the product vision by being involved in every step of the end-to-end product design process
- Understand the underlying needs and motivation of clients to ensure business goals are achieved and value is provided
- Provide design solutions for content-focused experiences for research content consumers, as well as the wide range of content authoring tools, data analysis tools, with and without AI enablement
- Craft intuitive and elegant experiences that empower clients to make confident financial decisions
- Form holistic solutions that integrate seamlessly into the wealth management product ecosystem
Requirements
- Outstanding portfolio that demonstrates how you have created experiences that solved business and user needs
- 2-5 years as a UX designer who was a key contributor to the success of products that have launched
- Bachelor's degree in design or related field, preferably master's degree a plus
- Excellent skills in Figma
Key Skills
- Experience designing intuitive interfaces that enhance user experience and drive customer engagement
- Ability to leverage research, wireframes and prototypes to effectively validate and enhance design concepts
- Strong collaboration and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
