UX Designer - Sales & Trading

As a UX Designer in Sales & Trading, you will partner with various teams to create cohesive experiences across products and be involved in the end-to-end product design process. You will craft intuitive experiences that empower clients to make confident financial decisions and collaborate closely with research teams to inform your design decisions.
Responsibilities
- Partner with the Fleet leads, POs, and Technology team creating cohesive experience within various products across the Fleet and being involved in every step of the end-to-end product design process
- Craft intuitive and elegant experiences that empower clients to make confident financial decisions
- Work closely with the research team to synthesize qualitative and quantitative data and make value-driven design decisions that translate into clear, simple UIs
- Create and present a variety of design deliverables, such as sketches, wireframes, user flows and prototypes
- Form holistic solutions that integrate seamlessly into the wealth management product ecosystem
Requirements
- Outstanding portfolio that demonstrates how you have created experiences that solved business and user needs
- 3-5 years as a UX designer who was a key contributor to the success of products that have launched
- Bachelor's degree in design or related field, preferably master's degree a plus
- Excellent skills in Figma
Key Skills
- Experience designing intuitive interfaces that enhance user experience and drive customer engagement
- Ability to leverage research, wireframes and prototypes to effectively validate and enhance design concepts
- Strong collaboration and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
