Front-End Engineer (UX Designer III)

The UX Designer will own the UX design for complex product areas and conduct user research to translate findings into design improvements. They will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment between UX vision and product strategy.
Responsibilities
- Own UX design for complex product areas, solving advanced user experience challenges with minimal oversight.
- Conduct user research, usability testing, and surveys; translate findings into clear design improvements.
- Define user flows, interaction models, and information architecture; create high-fidelity prototypes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure UX vision and product strategy are aligned.
- Lead and participate in design critiques, offering constructive feedback and incorporating feedback from others.
Requirements
- 5+ years of professional experience in UX design, with an emphasis on complex product design.
- Strong proficiency in design tools (Axure, Figma, Adobe XD, etc.).
- Solid background in user research, usability testing, and analysis.
- Ability to organize content effectively for intuitive navigation and usability.
- Strong presentation and storytelling skills to communicate design rationale.
