UX Designer, Core Strategic Experience

The UX Designer will work closely with the UX lead to execute the product vision and be involved in the end-to-end product design process. They will collaborate with the research team to make value-driven design decisions and partner with engineers to translate designs into successful products.
Responsibilities
- Help execute the product vision by being involved in every step of the end-to-end product design process
- Work closely with the UX lead and research team to synthesize qualitative and quantitative data and make value-driven design decisions
- Design and deliver responsive/adaptive solutions that are optimized for web and mobile interfaces
- Partner with engineers to translate designs into successful products
- Share design best practices, align on patterns, and promote a design-centric culture at the firm
Requirements
- 2-5 years of experience as a UX designer who was a key contributor to the success of products that have launched
- Bachelor's degree in design or related field, preferably master's degree
- Excellent skills in Figma
- Experience designing intuitive interfaces that enhance user experience and drive customer engagement
- Ability to leverage research, wireframes, and prototypes to effectively validate and enhance design concepts
- Thrives in a collaborative, explorative environment and values being on a diverse team to brainstorm and get feedback
Key Skills
- Excellent skills in Figma
- Experience designing intuitive interfaces that enhance user experience and drive customer engagement
- Ability to leverage research, wireframes, and prototypes to effectively validate and enhance design concepts
