Participate in product requirement discussions and user research, translating user needs into clear interactive logic and workflow designs. Develop interaction solutions based on requirement objectives and experience design principles, supported by design rationale to demonstrate solution feasibility and end-to-end experience closure.
Responsibilities
- Participate in product requirement discussions and user research, translating user needs into clear interactive logic and workflow designs
- Develop interaction solutions based on requirement objectives and experience design principles, supported by design rationale to demonstrate solution feasibility and end-to-end experience closure
- Engage in user testing and feedback collection, analyze data, and continuously refine product interaction details to enhance user satisfaction
- Collaborate with product, development, visual design, and user research teams to ensure design feasibility and consistency, driving efficient project execution
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or above in Interaction Design, Industrial Design, Psychology, or related fields
- Proficient in English as a working language, with the ability to communicate effectively with overseas colleagues
- Skilled in Figma for prototyping
- Knowledge of motion design is a plus
- Familiarity with internet user experience design theories, demonstrated through coursework or internship projects
