You will work closely with developers, product owners, and other designers to bring complex systems and user flows to life. Your role will ensure that every design decision is intentional, maintainable, and built to grow.
Responsibilities
- Work closely with developers, product owners, and other designers to bring complex systems and user flows to life
- Ensure that every design decision is intentional, maintainable, and built to grow
- Design and deliver user-centric design solutions that align with business goals
Requirements
- 3-5 years of experience in UI/UX design for digital products or platforms
- Proven ability to own end-to-end design processes — from user flows and prototypes to pixel-perfect UI and implementation support
- Deep understanding of UX best practices, usability heuristics, interaction principles, and accessibility
- Experience designing scalable, system-based solutions (components, patterns, templates)

- Figma
- Design systems
- Component-driven design
- Frontend concepts (modularity, responsive layouts, breakpoints, reusability)
- UX patterns, rationale, and behavior logic
