As a UI/UX Designer, you will guide government clients through the Design Intelligence™ framework, focusing on human-centered design to address complex user experience challenges. You will be involved in all aspects of the design process, from discovery to interface design, ensuring that user needs are met in proposed solutions.
Responsibilities
- Participating in all aspects of the discovery process to understand client mission and goals
- Conducting workshops and interviews to help frame pain points and opportunities
- Designing intuitive, elegant, and accessible interfaces supported through a test and learn process
Requirements
- Active DHS USCIS Public Trust
- 4+ years of professional UX and UI experience designing viable solutions for multi-platform digital products
- Current portfolio demonstrating ideology, methods, tools, skills, and craft
