Graphic Designer

The Graphic Designer will collaborate with the Marketing & Design team to create original creative assets across various platforms. This role involves designing promotional materials, maintaining brand standards, and managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the Marketing & Design team to conceptualize, design, and deliver original creative assets
• Create and evolve brand identities, promotional materials, and visual content that align with Atlas’s distinctive style
• Design materials including ads, e-blasts, logos, brochures, menus, and more
• Pitch ideas, mock up concepts, and bring campaigns to life that capture our hospitality story
• Maintain and protect our brand standards, ensuring consistency across all mediums
• Stay ahead of design trends and technology, continuously pushing creative boundaries
• Manage multiple projects with tight turnarounds

Requirements

• A strong understanding of typography, color theory, and layout principles
• Experience in both digital and print design with an eye for storytelling
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, After Effects)
• Strong attention to detail, organization, and time management
• A self-starter mindset with a collaborative spirit
• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design (or related field) preferred
• 4+ years of design experience in an agency or in-house environment
