Graphic Designer

The Graphic Designer will create visual content for social media and marketing collateral while ensuring brand consistency. They will collaborate with various teams to maintain visual coherence across platforms and support product design.

Responsibilities

• Design visual content for social media aligned with the Client's brand tone and seasonal campaigns
• Create marketing collateral, including posters, banners, club signage, and event branding
• Develop digital assets for website, paid ads, and email campaigns
• Work closely with marketing, partnerships, and content teams to maintain visual coherence across platforms
• Collaborate with photographers and videographers to create cohesive campaign visuals
• Support product design for paddles, apparel, and packaging concepts
• Maintain and evolve the Client’s brand identity guidelines across global markets
• Ensure fast turnaround and high creative quality under tight deadlines

Requirements

• 2–4 years of professional graphic design experience
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign; Premiere/After Effects a plus)
• Strong understanding of typography, layout, and color theory
• Experience designing for social media and digital campaigns
• Motion graphics, video editing, or 3D visualization skills are a plus
• Ability to work independently while managing multiple projects
• A strong portfolio that demonstrates both aesthetic sensibility and brand understanding
