Apparel Print & Graphic Designer - Sleepwear

The Senior Apparel Graphic & Print Designer will create seasonal graphic and print artwork, ensuring innovation and brand alignment from concept through production. This role involves collaborating with senior designers and managing artwork submissions throughout the design process.
Responsibilities
- Create seasonal graphic and artwork direction through highly creative and inspiring research and concepts
- Partnering with Senior Designers and VP Of Design to realize projects from kick-off through production hand-off, ensuring alignment with brand vision and design standards
- Create original print and graphic artwork putting into repeats including color separations and formatting based on factory requirements
- Review, comment and manage strike off submits for all graphic and print artwork from first strike off to final approval
- Manage workflow to in-house production artist and partner to ensure desired execution of art technical files and accurate information
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Textile Design, Graphic Design, or related field
- Minimum 6 years of professional experience in Graphic/Print Design within the apparel industry, with a proven and relevant portfolio
- Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Illustrator and Photoshop
- Ability to create vector-based and hand-drawn artwork, with versatility to adapt to multiple brand aesthetics
- Strong illustration skills and typography
- Solid working knowledge of color separation, technical details and product development processes
