Responsibilities
- Lead visual design for mobile-first websites, landing pages, and product UIs
- Develop and manage scalable design systems and UI libraries
- Translate strategic goals, user needs, and data insights into polished, usable, and conversion-led UI solutions
- Collaborate with Product, UX, development, and marketing teams to deliver cohesive, end-to-end journeys
Requirements
- 5+ years of UI/digital product design experience in a fast-paced, digital-first environment
- Proven ability to lead UI work across multiple projects and stakeholders
- An inspiring portfolio demonstrating excellence in UI design, including mobile-first, responsive web and conversion-led design
- Expert in Figma and design system development
Key Skills
- Figma and design system development
- Front-end principles (no coding required, but collaboration is necessary)
- Experience working with UX, product, and development teams in agile environments
- Mentor's mindset – ability to help others grow and build confidence in their craft
