This role involves leading the redesign of a cybersecurity website for a company serving clients in government, finance, technology, and manufacturing.
Responsibilities
- Conduct research and discovery to understand user needs and industry best practices
- Develop and present design solutions through wireframes and interactive prototypes
- Create a comprehensive sitemap and user flows to optimize navigation and lead generation
- Design a cohesive design system and document all visual and interaction guidelines
- Ensure all designs meet WCAG 2.1 AA accessibility standards
- Prepare and deliver all design assets and documentation for seamless handover (Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD)
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment with branding and business objectives
Requirements
- Proven experience in UX design, particularly for B2B or cybersecurity-related websites
- Strong portfolio demonstrating modern, professional web design and user-centered processes
- Expertise in wireframing, prototyping, and design systems (Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD)
- Deep understanding of accessibility standards (WCAG 2.1 AA)
- Ability to translate complex services into clear, engaging user experiences
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Experience working with established branding guidelines
- Ability to deliver high-quality assets and documentation for developer handoff
