Senior Product Designer

As a Senior Product Designer, you will own end-to-end design for one of our core product domains and contribute to the evolution of our design system. You will collaborate with product managers and engineers to deliver user-centered solutions in a regulated environment.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end design for a core product domain
• Design complex workflows that guide users through multi-step compliance processes
• Transform data-heavy risk assessment tools into clear, actionable interfaces
• Create interface solutions that make sophisticated risk assessment tools feel intuitive
• Collaborate directly with product managers and engineers to prioritise, plan & deliver experiences
• Contribute to the evolving design system

Requirements

• Experience in product design, with a portfolio showcasing user-centered work
• Proficiency in design tools and familiarity with collaboration platforms
• Strong foundation in UX principles, usability testing, and translating research into effective designs
• A good eye for visual design: typography, color, layout, and accessibility best practices
• Strong collaboration and communication skills to work effectively in cross-functional teams
• Organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple tasks or features in parallel
