Lead and execute the evolution of the Design System at Flash, ensuring a consistent and high-quality user experience across products. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to define strategy, architecture, and governance for the Design System.
Responsibilities
- Defining the strategy and long-term vision of the Design System
- Supporting the squad in directing the roadmap of continuous improvement
- Defining architecture, documentation, metrics, and governance to ensure scalability and alignment between teams
- Designing and prototyping components and patterns that balance aesthetics, performance, viability, and accessibility
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in structuring and evolving Design Systems
- Proven portfolio
- Sharp aesthetic sense and strong domain in visual, motion, and prototyping of enchanting interfaces
- Experience with documentation and architecture of Design Systems
