The Senior Product Designer will shape design strategy and maintain design language across all products. Responsibilities include leading design projects, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and contributing to the design system.
Responsibilities
- Lead tactical and strategic projects, small or big ones, work on tasks with a lot of self-direction and be responsible for the design deliverables
- Collaborate with researchers, product managers, engineers and commercial stakeholders to ensure the delivery of great and comprehensive experiences
- Design with users in mind — craft flows, interactions, and features that truly resonate with their needs and goals
- Leverage user research to understand user behaviors/motivations and make design decisions grounded in data and insight, not assumptions
Requirements
- At least 5 years designing digital consumer products experiences across platforms
- Wireframing and prototyping experience with Figma, Sketch, ProtoPie, Illustrator or other design-related tools
- Technical experience with creation and maintenance of Design Systems and the building of well-thought reusable components
- Strong product sense to impact the strategic vision, growing the products and come up with out-of-the box ideas inspired by various industries
