As a Lead Product Designer, you will set direction, drive design quality, and elevate the impact of design across Xplor Gym. You will collaborate closely with Product, Engineering, and business stakeholders to shape strategy and craft end-to-end experiences.
Responsibilities
- Shape product strategy by identifying, defining, and reframing complex product problems
- Partner with Product, Engineering, and stakeholders to align design direction with business impact and customer value
- Produce high-quality designs that leverage Apollo and contribute to its evolution
- Lead discovery and research initiatives
- Craft compelling design narratives
- Confidently present and defend design decisions
Requirements
- 7+ years of product design experience
- Past management experience leading and developing designers
- Proven ability to lead large-scale, complex projects
- Deep expertise in user-centered design
- Advanced proficiency in design systems
