Product Designer (2nd, In-Person)

Lead design end-to-end for Reducto, owning everything from defining a world-class brand to shipping beautiful experiences that users love. Develop brand new products and user workflows while building and owning the design system and brand presentation.

Responsibilities

• Lead design end-to-end for Reducto, owning everything from defining a world-class brand to shipping beautiful experiences that users love
• Develop brand new products and user workflows
• Build and own our design system, brand, and how we present ourselves to the world
• Obsess over the small details, driving a culture that highly values design

Requirements

• 2+ years of product design experience
• High bar for quality and don't rest until the job is done right—no settling for 90%
• Comfortable navigating ambiguity and defining structure where none exists
• Move fast, but also care deeply about polish and craft
